Remix Meru (50% at full burst gauge)<Plat Metatron (56% IF you have all Fire Deck/Assists, so probably 48% since you want to run Djehuti)<SS Gilles (100% boost I believe, but is a glass cannon because of her self-damaging Unique).
I put Remix Meru at the lowest because of her Slice-typing, since Flurries deal more damage than Slices.

You need to first pick what element you are focusing on. For now, I don't really recommend null for your first element type unless you already have a bunch of null units, but otherwise the other elements are all vaguely similar in strength lol. This botb is a null type so it doesn't matter which element you choose. I'm partial to water (:
Generally, you want to pick a dps unit first.
Fire > swimsuit Gilles or p7 metatron *Gilles is strong enough where you will probably kill all waves in the quest without worrying about her dying first. P7 meta is safer but not as strong and you also need 4 other fire units in your deck to max her potential. I personally don't have meta, but I love Gilles
Water > caocao or asmodeus *asmodeus is stronger at base with her unique active, but cao is super OP at +2 and also has MUCH better art (: but if you don't wanna drop 12 plat medals eventually, or if youre not in a union with decent water support, then pick asmo I guess. I use both.
Earth > p7 baal (& the recent doll idun who will probably be in the shop in a month or two) *p7 Baal is old but basically the only choice for earth dps in the shop for now lol. next week we are also getting an earth booster so if you pick earth, you have a chance to pull for a booster instead of waiting for another 4 plat medals. If you are a whale or feel lucky (:
-NY diar is amazing, and you should definitely get her eventually, but she relies on others proc'ing and her unique will not proc on her own skill. This means using her for burst won't give you any extra damage. but her and Gilles makes a nice combo, since Gilles is stronger and ny diar extra proc with Gilles? 👌
-OG Jeanne has basically been powercreeped out, do not recommend lol.
After you pick dps, get booster (Xmas meru/Jiang Ziya/that old earth Guna lol)
Then the other booster (jack'o/mercury/next week's earth Guna lol)

I agree with shu except for the fire damage dealers. Xmas Mety is behind as a damage dealer even after her buff, and I wouldn't say SS Gilles nor Mety are very new player friendly. SS Gilles will eat up feathers (which aren't as abundant as a new player, and unusable in BotB and unlikely to be used on a new player in Fortress Frenzy) or require a deck able to revive her when/if needed if unable to one-shot waves, and Mety requires a pretty much full Fire deck/assists, which new players generally don't have access to.
Personally, I would go with Lantern first (she's good on her own), then Xmas Meru, then NY Diar if you want to focus on Fire, which is receiving high praise in the game's current meta. Ideally your end goal would be to +2 Lantern so that she acts as both a damage dealer and skill %/damage booster. The general consensus on the order of exchanging for plats to build an element deck is first for the damage dealer, then the respective booster.
For the Cao Cao/Asmodeus debate, I would say it depends on your play stance. Are you a free player, or willing to spend IRL money on crowns (ex: did you buy the 5k Crowns + 4 Plat medal deal)? Is your schedule flexible enough for you to attend all, or almost all, of the Call To Arms and Fortress Frenzy battles? Do you see yourself playing this long into the future?
If you're a free player, unable to attend at least ~80% of battles, and don't see yourself playing the game for at least half a year or so, then Asmodeus is probably the better choice for you, as Cao Cao+2 is quite the investment. I would say the same argument applies to Doll Idun vs. Ba'al, except I would say Cao Cao has better abilities than Idun, who won't be added to the exchange for about 2 months from now.
Also if you do want SS gilles for art/whatever then she needs to be paired with Cerberus in events like BotB and such. I have a union mate doing so and it's working out decently.

Depends which element. Null is really the only element right now that doesn't have a +2able pure damage-dealer (aside from Algol for BotB). Otherwise, I think that the other elements have their damage dealers released already, and now they're introducing different supports to boost damage and whatnot.

I would go with Earth. Earth has access to Merlin, Cronus, and Killia & Seraphina all being on element. It also is less dependent on +2 plats, unless you go the Doll Idun and Spring Guna in-deck route.
Water might be rising the ranks, though, with the new Aristotle plat coming next week as a potential replacement to Asmodeus in the Cao Cao/Asmodeus decks (he has higher attack than Cao Cao, so he'll eat up Vritra for her). Guaranteed self-debuff clears as long as he's above 50%, and the new Double Strike ability to put into use. We'll have to see next Fortress Frenzy how he actually does, though.

I understand she's a healer, I'm asking if it is presented similarly and if she is worth getting since I've never fought her.
For example when you fight and use your deck against her, can she potentially make a burst useless because she heals faster than you can damage? A majority of plats have multi/rush, would her healing factor be enough?

It depends on how you look at it. On one hand, she can heal your entire team (excluding herself), but on the other hand, it seems to be presented differently than what a reflect unique would be like.
If you look at the plats that have multi/rush, getting Enki may be a bad idea since the damage could possibly be higher than her healing ability (look at Lycaon's percentage rate)
